PlayStation 4 VS Xbox One Comparison

The Next Generation of Gaming is right in front of us which is not far from today. Previous week Microsoft announced it’s Next Generation Xbox One and Sony’s PlayStation 4 is already on the roadmap. In the upcoming E3 events there will be clear picture of  the strength and power capability between individual console. Right now it’s quiet hard to compare both without exact picture.
In terms of Hardware both consoles featuring the AMD chips, where PS4 has an 8-core x86 AMD “Jaguar” CPU and AMD Radeon Graphics Core Next Engine GPU. Since both consoles will be running on different architecture and operating system it’s almost impossible to benchmark and compare the CPU and GPU performance between those. Either performance from both consoles to stay eye to eye.
Both consoles will bear 8GB of RAM which is much more than XBOX 360 and Third Generation PlayStation. But here in terms of RAM , PS4 is better than Xbox One DDR3 RAM.
Unlike Nintendo, the changes between the Controllers of these two consoles is just a minor factor; tweaking, changing layouts is what preferred by Microsoft and Sony. Both the consoles will be fully featured media hubs adding support to Blue-Ray discs. And both of them have media libraries of Movies and Music to buy or rent. But this time Xbox goes further with it’s own program guide that will work with cable or satellite provider which will bring live TV into the Xbox One experience by taking over set-top box.
